I think I might have posted this before but there are new comments that are absolutely hilarious and the old comments are worth re-reading just for the "piss your pants factor" at how stupid people really can be and their eagerness to share their dumb mis-informed opinions and commentaries with the rest of the world.

I dislike being cold, vehemently. It sucks. I'm finally warming up. Still, I'm miserable, all of my plans that I've set up over the couple of day, life changing, career altering are falling apart.

Editing my Blog

A PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT For some reason that I cannot glean my blog posts need to be edited badly. I try to check each entry for errors before posting them, but later, for reasons I cannot glean I still find errors in the final product and that really pisses me off. What kind of writer allows his crap (unless it is specified as rough copy) to be seen by the general public when it is riddled with errors? Answer: a lazy writer and I am not a lazy person. I review books for a living and one of my pet peeves is when a book lacks proper editing, especially when the author expects monetary gain from his work. I will not be that kind of writer. So, please forgive me these past transgressions and I will attempt to edit my posts and try to meet my own high standards. Thank You, L P.S. I noticed that sometimes what I write and what Posterous and Blogger publish are different and I don't notice these differences until long after I post my piece on my blog. That is irritating.

First Blog Entry of 2011, OUCH!

After reading this article http://io9.com/5721707/transcending-the-human-diy-style all I can say is ow and holy crap! Body modification is nothing new...but...wow. I'd like to say something more intelligent about the subject matter but with a twisted glee I must confess that during my AMH overnight Friday night, I was sucked into the New Years Eve SyFy channel Twilight Zone Marathon and I worked on my novel early this morning. Sleep has alluded me. There is so much more I want to do before I go back to my CWI job on Monday (after a long vacation.) My witty and intellectual comments about the above link faded away with the white noise and detritus that was 2010. After doing my janitor gig and another stint at AMH I might revisit this thread at a later date but I doubt it.
